Whenever I run games with the aim of capturing data for use in the PhD the games will be run in accordance with the Ethics Process Submission that I made for the PhD and which has been agreed by the Ethics Committee at Bath Spa University.

At events and conferences it is a) not feasible for me to get ethics agreement from players before the event itself, and they and I are unlikely to have the ability to make or take copies of the ethics documentation that they read and sign. To that end such participants will be directed to this page on the wiki where I have copies below of the relevant ethics documentation for their reference:
